In the heart of the Costa Blanca is the residential area La Cumbre del Sol.
The Costa Blanca has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the healthiest region to live. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures all year round. The average annual temperature is 18⁰ C, which means that in summer you won´t find extreme heat but the temperature during the winter months can be really warm. The reason for these temperatures is the microclimate of the region. The Costa Blanca has in the east the Mediterranean and a few kilometers inland to the west large mountains. Both help to keep the good weather in and leave the bad weather away.
Right on coastline, this residential complex extends over an area of 3,700,000 square meters. It consists of various residential complexes with villas, holiday homes, bungalows and apartments, all surrounded by greenery in the immediate vicinity of the Mediterranean Sea. From Denia (15 minutes by car) there is a ferry service to Ibiza.

Nowadays, services in the immediate vicinity of our home are becoming more and more important, not only to enjoy our home, but also to rent or sell it. The added value of good services is very important. At Cumbre del Sol you have all the services you need, all year round. Supermarket, bars, banks, pharmacy, medical center, service bureaus, etc. Everything spread over 2 large shopping centers each located on one side of the housing estate.
Coming through the Benitachell driveway we find the shopping center Adelfas and through the Moraira driveway we find the shopping center Lirios. Both shopping centers have a large parking lot.
